Hudson, New Hampshire was formerly a part of
Dunstable, Massachusetts. In 1733, Hudson was incorporated as
Nottingham, but was changed to its present name in 1830.
Hudson provides four public playgrounds, 8
athletic fields and two public tennis courts. There is also a
town beach and boat house at Robinson Pond. Hudson also has
outdoor skating, two public golf courses and 2 driving ranges.
Hudson Speedway features auto racing. The Town's Recreation
Department sponsors many activities for both adults and children. Residents
are afforded an atmosphere complete with varied cultural events and
entertainment.
